How to return your products

 

Returning from Sweden

Please return your goods within 30 days of your purchase using the pre-printed return label and fill in the return form that you received together with the package.

  • Goods returned must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Please note that the return freight of 50 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

  • For return or cancellation, please use the pre-printed return slip included with your order.

  • We do not accept exchanges, please return your product and place a new order.
